film s besedou
From the struggles of daily existence to the experience of wonder, thaumazein, the film asks how philosophy can emerge from the reality of everyday life. It highlights the importance of African languages and the many forms through which African thought is expressed (essays, poetry, novels, oral traditions and theatre). The film invites us to think philosophically together with our guide Dr Albert Kasanda, a Congolese philosopher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
